Set along the logistical artery of 17 Wiltshire Road, the Clover Dairy Distribution Centre is a finely tuned response to the high-performance demands of industrial infrastructure while maintaining a refined architectural language. The facility is defined by a robust palette of materials—precast concrete, steel, and perforated metal screening—which ensures durability, solar protection, and a distinct visual identity. A rhythmic facade of punched screens and linear volumes mediates between form and function, allowing light into office areas while shielding operational interiors.
The complex’s spatial arrangement prioritizes circulation efficiency with dedicated ingress/egress lanes, articulated truck bays, and clearly delineated pedestrian access points. Generous landscaping softens the edges of the industrial site, blending the built environment with its natural surroundings and enhancing stormwater management along the perimeter canal.
